Review for Incredible Connection – Northgate Branch

I recently purchased the OSMO Mobile 7 online from Incredible Connection, which included delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. The item was delayed by five days beyond the expected delivery time.

To make matters worse, when the delivery driver from the Northgate Incredible Connection store finally contacted me, he mentioned that he had five other deliveries to prioritise, implying that I should make alternative arrangements to collect my parcel myself. This was both unprofessional and inconvenient.

In the end, I had to arrange and pay for an Uber package at my own cost to fetch the item — an unnecessary and ridiculous extra expense for something that was supposed to be delivered to my door.

I’m very unhappy with the poor communication and lack of accountability shown in this process. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service from Incredible Connection.
