Returned goods more than a month ago; impossible to get any feedback!

To whom this may concern,

I have returned a previously purchased fit bit watch that has a problem with it's strap. That was more than a month ago and I still don't have any feedback what so ever. I have repeatedly phoned the store to try and get some feedback, and I either get put on hold from 30 min + (I am still waiting), or no-one ever gets back to me. I have been promised emails and those don't materialise either. This complains is also going to hello Peter. Please help!
