Return policy is horrible

Horrible return policy, i bought a laptop from them and it was shutting down on it's on and freezing alot but when i took it to them it wasn't performing like that and the guy that does the returns cant even speak properly, he speaks very slow. I Couldn't understand anything he said but they refunded me but made me pay a handling fee because to them nothing was wrong with it but at home it gave a lot of problems.

I was charged for getting my own money back.
