Return item, but 15% handling fee charged

I bought a monitor on Friday and was not happy and returned it on Tuesday the next week. I returned it in its original packaging including all acceccories, but they still go ahead and charged me a 15% handelling fee. I am very unhappy and this is the last time a shop with them.
