Repairs still under warranty 🙄

Bought a MI TV stick in November 2021, it's still under warranty. In April this year 2022,stick starting acting up, rebooting over and over again on its own.. Did a update to it, Google what could be the problem.. Still, till today, hasn't been playing anything for the last 2 weeks, reboots over and over again within 1 minute periods. Incredible in Baywest wants to send it for repairs which I think is ridiculous as it's still under warranty and the thing is defective.. Check Google reviews from all that own one.. I just want an exchange
