Repairs not done - 3 months waiting
In 2013 I bought a laptop and an extended warranty. I took the laptop for repairs on the ethernet port and wifi connections in March<br> <br> I was not offered a loan laptop and was told I would have to wait for about a week for one (breach of T&Cs)
