"Repaired laptop" NOT repaired

On 06 August 2015 I purchased an Acer Aspire 10E from Incredible Connection Cape Gate for R5000. I did an eft and collected the item roughly three days later as software was to be loaded. I got numerous calls from them to say it had not been processed as a sale, and I needed to bring it back to the store. I thought having done an eft, they would've generated documents to process the purchase and match the invoice with the eft payment. About four months after this purchase, an error message appeared on the screen, but not knowing much about computers,I thought this was just a software update occurring. This continuously happened over the next few months, but I would just wait for the laptop to restart and continue working on it. I am very greatful that my son happened to pass behind me on one of these occasions, and noticed the blue screen. He was concerned and asked when the warranty expires, as the screen related to hardware failure. I took the laptop into the store on 1 August 2016, and Tristan advised that they would have to send it to Acer as it was hardware. When asking me for my POP I said I never received one, but told him when the transfer was made. The lead time he said would be between 5 and 7 working days. After 12 working days I phoned Tristan who told me this time around, that it is 10 working days after Acer receives the item. When querying the first information given to me, he said it is no use argueing about it, the laptop is in for repairs. Tristan also said asI had no POP they didnt even know if the laptop was still under warranty, but they would give me the benefit of the doubt. As per the manager, Baden, who I spoke to before taking it in for repairs, they would be able to look at the serial number on the box, and match it with the day it went through on their system as a sale. On 19 August 2016, at 15h00, I was called by Tristan who said I could collect the laptop, after 15 working days. I collected the unit on 20 August 2016, no documentation was given to me. Tristan was not there on Saturday, and I wrote my e-mail address on the jobcard for them to e-mail me documents relating to the repair. Ive received nothing from them. I briefly turned the laptop on when I got home, but it wasnt until Sunday evening, 21 August 2016, that I had time to actually sit down and attempt to catch up on work. As per Tristan, two parts had apparently been replaced, the battery and another part, which I am not sure of. The laptop has been set back to factory settings, so no software was loaded for me, which was done the first time around. The laptop had been on for about 20 minutes, when exactly the same error message was displayed. On contacting the manager of the store, Baden on 22 August 2016, I was informed I would have to bring it in once again, and they will have to send it for a re-repair. I run a small business from my laptop, and it has already put me behind tremendously. A minor repair took them more than three weeks to "repair" and is clearly not repaired. Now I have to once again be without my means of generating an income. When I expressed my displeasure with the situation, and informed Baden that I would be reporting the matter to HelloPeter.com, I was told it won't serve a purpose, as he will be the one to act on the complaint and phone me, and we will have the exact same discussion when he does. On apologising to him that I may have spoilt his day with this complaint, again he was rather sarcastic in his response saying he doesnt allow things like this to determine the kind of day he has. I interpreted that he actually doesn't care about his customers. It's not like I dont have a legitimate complaint. How can the say an item has been repaired, and the first time it is turned on the same error occurs. I feel I purchased a faulty laptop from the onset, and I cannot afford for it to be in for repairs on a continuous basis, and my business suffers. I would like a refund of my money. It was not a cheap purchase, and the supplier has not fullfilled their side of the contract.
