Repair on Acer Pc

My 3 months old laptop have a problem with sound and do not want to start. I handed it in for repair on 14 Sept 2015 and was told it will take 14 days to repair. On the 24 Sept it was still at the ofiice in the Garden Route.<br> Now finaly I received my Pc and the sound is still not working. They repace the mother board.<br> I use the laptop for my business. You can not found the Garden route branch on their websieete and the<br> number does not exist.<br> Now this new laptop is 2 nd hand and taking the price into account this is realy very bad.<br> <br> <br>
