Repair laptop

I went to southgate mall on Thursday to try to collect my laptop from the store because my husband bought for me on my birthday this year January but I ddnt use it until I tried to use it mid March but there was some fault with it so we couldn't take it back immediately because of lockdowm the eventually we took it back july because we keep forgetting but when we did the technician guy on the store says thy will return it to supplier to get fix it will take about 21 days but even today the laptop is still with them when we get there he always tell us he wil call us when its back but he never does this past Thursday he told us he will call the supplier and find out why its not back and call us but its Sunday today we haven't heard anything from him. Its almost 2 months since we have been experiencing same problems.
