Removing product from an order, No correspondence, No refund, No response to queries

So I placed an order for a laptop charger and a Cable Guy before lockdown. I can understand it taking a while due to the situation.

My issue, the charger has just been removed off my order, I have received no correspondence as to way. No refund nothing. I emailed them asking why got nothing back.

I then got a call from someone wanting to confirm my delivery address. Sure, This makes sense. But this is only for the Cable Guy. I then ask what is going on with my order why has this been cancelled and the person had no idea what is going on. I then get told No there is definitely an issue she will find out and get back to me. She never did. I also now see that the Cable Guy marked as shipped. yet I never actually confirmed my delivery address so this thing is going to get delivered to the office and no one is going to be there to collect it.

So from my perspective, she basically just put down the phone and processed the order with no intention of getting back to me.

You guys have sent me no correspondence nothing. You just take my money and remove the product and don't even bother letting me know.

the best part is I only ordered the cable guy as I was ordering the charger, I would not have ordered it in its own...
