Registration impossible

I bought a laptop from the Centurion branch on the 12th of February 2021, I was told to register online within 3 months in order to get my 3 year extended warranty. After numerous online "registrations" and getting a message on my screen stating they will be contact with me shortly, I didn't receive any communication that my registration was successful. I eventually emailed them and got a message back from someone saying "I've send an email to the warranty department I will get back to you as soon as they respond" Still haven't heard anything from anybody! Are they waiting for the 3 months to expire so that my laptop wouldn't be covered????
