Refunded even after 6 days cutoff

A BIG well done and thank you to Incredible Connection South Coast Mall! I went there on 4 October 2021 looking for a small smartphone. I found one without a problem. Friendly and helpful staff. When the phone started giving me problems by freezing, I went back to the store on the 5th and explained my issues. The technician did a software update and the phone behaved itself until I got home... just my luck.

At first I thought about keeping it regardless but I was unable to use it due to it freezing. It was only meant to run a step counter app so I wouldn't need to carry my expensive phone when exercising. Eventually though, it froze at startup.

Today, 12th of October 2021, I went to the store with little hope that they will refund me since it's past the 6 days' time limit on returns. However, they didn't hesitate for a second. They refunded me and I couldn't be happier! Well done to all involved!

The reason for only 4 stars is the fact that they sold me the device, knowing that it might give me issues due to older software/operating system.

I will gladly refer family and friends to this store. All in all a happy customer!
