Refund takes over 10 days from purchase.

Placed order online, made eft payment. it was for 3 printers valued at over R20 000.00 3 days later get told they have no stock. Fair enough but now I am told I have to wait 7 days for a refund. I need to buy from someplace ells and cannot do so. Surly this is not fair as I made an immediate payment, why can this not be reciprocated. When I call, I get a lot of attitude from the staff as if it’s my fault they don’t have stock.
