Refund process too slow

Hello I bought a JVC 42” smart Tv on their online platform on the 8th of April 2025 .. I received my order on the 13th (not sure ) On the 18th May my TV started showing lines on the screens and it kept getting worse as days went by I called them and emailed them and was advised to take the TV to one of the branches which I did on the 1st of June 2025 and was told I’d be refunded and I was asked to send my banking details via email which I did while at the store and even wrote it down for them. I then called in to follow up and they said they hadn’t received my email ,I sent it again and was told my account was being processed for a refund it’s taking long I can’t be without the Tv another week Order #***
