Refund outstanding.

Bought an item online which I could not get to work. Thought the best option would be to go to the closest store which is East Rand Retail park. Besides the shocking service and no technical help decided to return the item in store. Item returned 20th May . I now have neither the item or the expected refund one month later. The return process is pathetic. Will NEVER purchase from a store or the poor excuse of online again. Lesson learned.
