Refund not given

I was sold a defective product and when returned to the store, was informed that I will get a full refund within 3 to 7 days. However, it has now gone 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them. I try calling and emailing them but to no avail. I have also laid complaints on their website but also get no response. Their finance department is very bad.
