Refund not completed

I placed an order with them on the 18/06/2019 7pm and sent email on the 19/06/2019 7:30am to cancel because i found a better deal ... it is now the 12/07/2019 and i still have not received my refund nor do they reply to any emails i send to follow up on this .... my order number is ***
