Refund not being paid by incredible connections -Order Number - ***

I ordered an iPad on the 2nd of December 2024, hoping to receive it within 2-5 working days. I did not receive it. I contacted them after 10 working days, logged and call and I was told the courier company is holding it. After more than 15 working days I asked for my money back. Today it’s the 30 th December 2024, I’ve been send from pillar to post and nobody wants to pay me my money I bought an iPad I never received. They retrieved the iPad from courier company, however they are refusing to pay me my money. Please I need help to get my R6999.99 from incredible connections
