Refund for Cancelled Order - terrible service from Incredible connection

<p>No refund, 5 days now i cancelled the order. Made numerous calls to ********** 700, very difficult to get hold of the call center representatives.</p> <p>Guys working cannot provide any resolution and simply say that i will recieve an email reponse which i did not get so far. My money is stuck with them and could not make another purchase. I am still waiting for some one from incredible connection to get back to me.</p>
