Refund

Bought xbox 1 on the 12 Feb, tried returning the console today just to be told there is now a 15% handling charge and they will also charge me for opening the game that came with the bundle, there are no notices anywhere in the shop to that fact, all the charges they now want to deduct amounts to R1700.00, on the cash slip they give you 14 day to return any goods and no mention is made anywhere about the handling fee!!!! If I knew this is would never have gone into the shoperation? !!!
