Refreshing experience with Justine K from Incredible Connections Cavendish Square Cape Town.

My initial issue is with the manufacturer of the product and not the seller. I had bought Wireless Budz and wasn't satisfied with them because of issues that kept reoccurring. Took them to the Cavendish Square shop for assistance, and Mr Justine was helpful, friendly and understanding. He explained the procedure that should be followed and was patient with me as I wasn't in a pleasant mood, because of the of issues I have had with the product before. It is not often that when a customer is not happy, is then met with a level-headed representative. He assured me that the issue will be sorted, and it finally was, with a classic "under promise, over deliver" approach. As a former retail employee for 10 years, it is something we were constantly advised to exercise and am happy to have experienced it firsthand. He is an asset to the company and hope others learn from him. Unfortunately, and my apologies to Justine for not remembering his surname. Thank you, Justine K!!
