Received second hand bogus product !
<p>I ordered online and paid for a Office 365 University on the Incredible Connection site</p> <p>It was delivered by courier on the 12th of Jan 2017, box was not tampered with</p> <p>When we opened the package we saw that the package looked wrinkled and used</p> <p>There is no booklet in the package and the product key does not work</p> <p>The price tag on the package is 28-12-2012</p> <p>I have logged a complained on the same day as I received package, Complaint nr: ********** 705</p> <p>Phoned the Incredible Connection call centre 17 Jan 2017, they told me that it says on the system someone tried to call me but I did not awnser my phone, I have not yet had a missed call from them</p> <p>Phoned call centre again today 18 Jan 2017, call centre said that only Head Office can help me</p> <p>Where is my correct product? When will someone contact me from head office</p> <p>This is unacceptable as I have paid for a new product and no one can help me with a refund or deliver the correct product!</p> <p> </p>
