Really pathetic service

I placed an order on 25th Nov. Was notified that delivery would be on 2nd December. I'm still waiting and in fact am running around after them. Delivery is promised within 2 - 5 working days, but with the excuse that with covid and black Friday there is a backlog. Meanwhile I'll more than happy to catch a taxi and fetch it myself. Really pathetic.
