Really great service and assistance!

We bought a 'MyGica' Media player at Incredible Connection in Pretoria after we were informed that it can play DSTV Now. However, it did not and kept saying the device in not compatible with the DSTV app... We called the store and they said we may return the device for a refund.

We however ended up in Johannesburg the next day and wanted to hear if we may return it at the Fourways branch instead of driving back to where we bought the device.

The manager at Incredible Connection Fourways had no problem with assisting with a refund but immediately knew what the problem was. He and his employee quickly connected the device, downloaded the necessary updates and made the changes to the software in order to play DSTV Now on the device. This whole process took about 2 hours and they assisted us without any complaints. This saved us a lot of effort.
