Really disgusting service from Incredible Connection online.

I ordered a Product from them during lockdown. I knew they could not deliver during that period as it said that on the website, no worries. After lockdown I phoned 3 times in just more than 3 weeks and received email ref numbers. Still no feedback! I sent an email 4 days ago, also no feedback. The head office number on the internet is wrong, only the customer care number works, but it does not solve any problems. I read the reviews on Yello, they are all the same as mine. No service, no feedback ! The poor customer care staff that man the telephones to **** fires with no backup from the company they work for, disgusting, never again! They require full payment on the spot and don’t deliver.
