Really bad service at Incredible Connection Canal Walk Cape Town!! :(

<p>Incredible Connection Canal Walk should really improve their service. Today (04 March 2017) I received a really bad service. I first walked into the shop to buy an Apple keyboard, so I first wanted to find out if they have it in stock by any chance. I spoke to someone (Coloured gentlemen) who first ignored me and then told me that he's busy he'll get someone else to help me and went to sit down by the counter. I stood there like an idiot wating for someone to assist me and no one attended me. So I went to to counter to ask him if there'll be someone to help me, instead of helping me, he's asking me if someone attended me. I then tell him that no one attened me and I said to him "I just wanted to find out if you guys have an Apple keyboard" and he tells me NO without even checking. Ok, I walk out of the shop and go to Apple store and find the keyboard I was looking for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then go back to Incredible Connection to buy headphones (Sennheiser). I pick the headphones I'm looking for and go to the counter to pay, when I get there still no one attends me, I mean it was around 17:30 - 18:00 and there was no queue by the counter at all. I stood there for about 15 minutes and no one attends me. There was a gentlement and a lady there chatting to each other. After some time the gentlement turns around and asks me if I was helpped by anyone, I mean really?? there's only two of them there, how could've I been helped whereas there was no other person exept them. And instead of coming to where I was standing to try and help me, he's asking me if there's anyone helping me, I mean what is that??. Could it perhaps be that it's because I'm black?? (I'm just asking...). This is really bad service!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>If Incredible Connection is intending to treat customers like this, they should close down their shops cause there's really no use... or maybe inform cusotmers not to purch**** from their shops anymore!! :(</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
