Really bad service!!!!!

<p>I went to the shop to get help from their so called " technician". One of the employees told me that he went to the bank. (Since when can employees do personal business in working hours????).She told me that he would not take long. While standing in the store I was shocked to see that one of the employees was busy with a PERSONAL call on the shops phone. Why does the shop have so many employees but one technician (who is that the bank!) To assist???? And the other employees just stand around and have their own conversations??? To make a long story short. I left the shop without being helped! :(((((((</p>
