Really bad service !!!

We had an issue with a Lenovo laptop purchased from Incredible connection Pavilion which is 6 months old. The service tech booked the laptop in which took forever. The report was that it is a software problem. We had asked them to go ahead and repair the software but retrieve the data that was on the laptop. The issue just goes on and the data is still not with us. The laptop was collected but the attitude of the techs and excuses just keep getting worse. Its time to change the store we deal with.
