Rather order from Takealot

This will be my last purchase from IC. They did not honour the 3 to 5 business days. Package still not received after 8 days. Call centre doesn't know the whereabouts of package, nor estimated delivery date. Three complaint logged, no feedback from Inc Connection. Not a clue where my package is at this moment. Cancellation takes 12 to 14 days.... even worse.
