I baught a new iPhone 16 Pro Max(R32 000) in middle March . It stared to give problems in die beginning like shuting off on its own , keeps getting warm , the screen stays off for like 30 seconds to one minute before the Apple logo appears for some reason May but I tought it was a sofware promblem . I phoned them about the problem and they said that there is nothing they can do about it . Then later I got a call and they told me that I need to bring the phone in so the technician can have a look and it will take 7-21 working days and I can’t do it because I work off my phone .

The extra insurance they tell you about is just to sounds nice but its sh***
