R14 000 tracking status delivered but nothing arrived!!!!!!
I ordered an item online for R14 000 and when I track it it displays as already delivered. Trying to contact them without any feedback. Facebook same story. Please be careful as I think they are busy going under.

01 Sept 2021, 15:19Just got a call that the don't have stock and will refund me 5 days after paying for items "in stock". The tracking status was delivered then after a numerous calls it went to "ready to pick" a week ago. I ordered it last week Thursday morning and the person told me they sold everything on Saturday???? It's not the money but the principle.
Please stay away from this company as they will advertise false products and if I run my business like this in this difficult times I can rather close my doors now. We will read this post in the near future and I will repost it on all platforms to prove that the pen is mightier than the sword.

02 Sept 2021, 13:11Had a call from customer service, Josef from the Menlyn Branch, and informed me that they found me a console and will deliver before Friday. Will keep this post updated to change my rating because I will also compliment just like I disapprove.
