PS5 unsealed and not turning on out of the box.

Bought a PS5 online from Incredible Connection for R13999. When it arrived, all the seals on the PS5 were broken/opened, the PS5 didn't turn on at all and now I'm struggling to get assistance via email and the customer support number to get the console swapped out. The manager dealing with the incident refuses to email me back and I've been contacting them for 4 days straight. This is the second horrible experience I've had with purchasing products from Incredible Connection.
