Ps5

I lay byed a ps5 at incredible connection in mthatha, about 2 weeks back and today when I went to to pay the full amount I am told that there is no more ps5's and the lady who was assisting me initially, tells me the company is no longer selling ps5's and the ones they had in stock have been recalled and to make matters worse they tell me they dont have money to reimburse me for the lay by. I am incredibly disappointed because i have been waiting for this console for half a year now. Up until now I held incredible connection in high regard its sad to see them drop in standards. I mean not so much as a phone call to atleast let me know the ps5's are bieng recalled.
