PS4 one month old now needs parts to be replaced

Bought a PS4 a month ago, the unit freezes and gives an error message with every game inserted into the unit taken it back to Incredible connection. Response received from them is that the device needs to be sent it for parts to be replaced, which is unacceptable as this is suppose to be a new unit.
