PS4 Charging Station

I have not received a parcel even though it shows delivered. I have made numerous requests to check into the situation but nobody seems to be able to assist me. Numerous solutions were provided, such as refund etc. but I do not want the money back, I want the device purchased. If it was incorrect pricing, it is not my problem, the company must honor their offer. This is really annoying and ridiculous. The lock down is now in place and still I sit without the PS4 charging station. If I knew this would've happened I would've purchased the item elsewhere and would've had it by now. Disgusted
