PS hard drive

I bought a PS hard drive online and the item that was delivered was wrong and it doesn't even look like what the picture was advertised. Sent an email same evening 04/09 and got an email back next day till now no reply on the emails and when I call the call center they just say the issue has been escalated. The service is beyond pathetic and will never buy from Incredible connection ever again even if they the cheapest in world I will buy from makro and Takealot. This is the worst service.
