PS Hard Drive

The hard drive I purchased was correct and from last week the issue is not been resolved and everyone I speak to just says the matter is escalated but is been one week and till now is not been resolved. The service is pathetic and no customer service at all. No one reply to the email when I ask then how long will it take for this matter to be resolved. I am never buying from incredible connection ever again this was the last time and never again in my life.

This is the worst customer service is beyond pathetic.
