Provident Payout

Good day

I worked for Incredible Connection and was retrenched about 4months ago. I have my provident fund investment with Alex Forbes. I have been trying to withdraw my money from them but Incredible Connection has not/does not want to sign my withdrawl papers. Alexander forbes dont care and say the company must sign the paperwork. I have all the paperwork from incredible connection stating my retrenchment with all other necesarry documents. What am i suppose to do now? 2 companies *****ing me over
