Provident fund forms

Good day, I have worked for incredible connection for almost 4 years and now that I have left the company they have no respect for their employees. I submitted my provident fund forms to their head office and its been almost 2 months now and they still did not send those forms to Alexander forbes for me to collect my money. This is ******** and this company is really terrible with their service. I want them to submit my forms and if not I will take legal action against them. I am utterly disgusted by the way they handle things at the head office. I have sent numerous emails and have received no reply as yet. I need my money urgently.
