Promotional product advertised for sale - but none available to purchase

Incredible Connection produced a colourful brochure displaying their items on promotion for the period 4 - 15 April 2018. I wished to purchase an advertised colour laser printer. On the first day of the promotion, I phoned a number of their stores (about 4) and each said that they only had their one demo unit available - none in stock. The website said that this particular item was available only ONLINE. Fair enough - I can accept that ! BUT, then the online store ALSO had none in stock !

On chatting to the call centre, I was told that the T&C 's state that the items are available only "while stocks last".

Am I to believe that after advertising products for sale for the period 4 - 15 April, that the printer (which I wished to purchase), sold out within hours on the first day ? Or, perhaps there never was any stock for sale ?
