Promotion that doesn't exist

I was sent an email with 4 day promotions that included a 64GB iPad Air demo with wifi and 4G for R3500 - a saving of R3700. The adverti*****t didn't stipulate if it was an online only or in store only special. <br> <br> As this was such a good deal I knew the stock would probably sell out soon. I went straight after work (14:15) to my local store in East London and the only demo stock they had available was a 16GB wifi only iPad for R3500. After a few phone calls and some confusion regarding the special I was told it is most likely an online promotion. <br> <br> While in store I phoned the call center and chose option 1. A very friendly and helpful gentleman told me that on his side it would appear as if I should be able to order the iPad for the promotional price of R3500. On the website the price is R7200. He gave me the number for the online sales, but when I dialed it doesn't exist.<br> <br> I tried phoning the call center again on numerous occasions thus time choosing option 3 and each time the line simply goes off after ringing. While the special is also advertised online the weekly promotions link doesn't include it.<br> <br> How can no one help? How can something be advertised, but not available anywhere
