Promotion not in stock

I have been looking around for a new hard drive for a while and have been looking at online sites for good deals. On the 15th of February Incredible Connection online started a promotion where they are selling 3TB hard drive for R999. I tried without avail to purchase this but showed 'out of stock'. Tried several days afterwards but still same message. I contacted the online centre and Simone stated that "Our Stocks are always limited and Prices will return to their standard price on the expiry of this promotional offer or should the limited stock be sold-out". No where on their advert it indicated that there is limited stock, and secondly there is a time period attached to the 'promotion' so they never made provision for consumers that would like to take advantage of this offer in the set time frame?

This is ********* and it is just a ploy to generate traffic to their online website.
