Promotion items not on promotion

Special advertised on Mac Air. If one provides a valid Student Card, proof of employment as a teacher or registration papers confirming you are a student you qualify for a R3000 discount. I came to buy my daughter this laptop as she is a “Student” and the salesman said no I cannot only provide a student card but need the registration papers as well. Nowhere on the document does this additional requirement come up, the salesmen now want me to provide all the above information and a student card is not sufficient. Considering I’ve spent well more than my fair share of money in this store I will no longer support incredible connection. Poor service and you lost a valued customer.
