Product sold under false pretences, you won’t get your student rewards, or even a response.

I registered for the student reward with my purchase, but multiple emails, a store visit, Whatsapp messages and a call later and I am still in the dark with regards to when my voucher will be received. I purchased this laptop from you although other suppliers had the exact same model and close to your price because you offered the voucher. Everything was done from my side and in reality it seems that you have advertised this sale under false pretences. According to the consumer law you have not followed your obligations and sold me a product with false adverti*****t and a week later I am still where I was on Saturday evening. I would like to request to return this laptop as according to the law I am entitled to it. My next visit isn’t to one of your stores, it’s to the ombudsman with a week worth of evidence where I tried from my side but either no reply from yours or a run around by your staff. This is totally unacceptable and I am done trying. I want to return the laptop, receive my voucher or visit the ombudsman. Those are the three choices I am left with.

So, for anyone looking to purchase anything with the student rewards in mind, stay away. You won’t get it, a response or even when requesting a return because they sold it under a false pretence, you still won’t get a response. You can call, email, Whatsapp, go to a store, you won’t be assisted in getting what they advertised.
