Product not working after 6 months

My son brought a key board and mouse set - Oct 2025, after 6 months the mouse wheel stops working. I returned the item to the store(on a Monday), the store said they will have to send the product to their supplier and have it checked out and this can take up to 21 days. The product is Orion, few days went past and I went to the store to find out how long will this take before hearing what is wrong (this is now by Thursday), the store manager said he will give them a call, he came back and said they received the item on Wednesday and they are busy assessing the item, but he will let my know at least by the next week Monday. Monday went by, and today (Tuesday) I phoned the store, the manager said they can't phone them (the supplier) they must send an email. At this point the store manager **** in my face about phoning the supplier and then not letting me know by Monday about the item. They keep on throwing the 21 days of warrantee in your face. Did they explain 21 days to the client when he brought the item - NO!!! No other store have this issues as Incredible Connection.
