Product not stocked - Gift Voucher USELESS

My wife gave me a gift voucher - which she paid for in cash - for Incredible Connection. I had mentioned a particular product I wanted to buy, and knew that they had previously stocked it, which is why she bought the voucher from them.<br> <br> However, on arrival at Incredible Connection, I discovered they no longer stock this particular brand / product (which is available at other stores). As they could not supply me with the product I wanted, I asked for the voucher to be exchanged for cash or refunded to my wife's card, but was told that \this is not Company Policy".<br> <br> I can understand reward points not being redeemable for cash"
