Product not delivered

What a bad service with this company ,i bought a ring camera online after 5 days to do a follow up why it is not delivered as delivery was in 2-5 days, the consultant told me i must wait another 3 days just after the call i received an email that the product was discontinued but still on the website .i lost out a a discount on Takealot that was for 1 day on a security camera to buy the ring 3 at incredible connection .Now i sit with no security camera from incredible connection and also now the special is over on take allot. Rather get an alternative for me all they want to give is a refund, this is how clients must just accept and also this is going against the CPA as false advertising
