Product does not work - refund unacceptable

We bought a Sansui 8inch tab. Windows was supposed to be activated, but apparently the key has already been used. <br> Now what is the point of the tab if one can not use it to its full? Even Microsoft Office does not work because Windows is not activated (what the tab was bought for). Apparently all the others left have the same issue. This is not my problem. I want a working one, I do not want a refund. My friend bought the same one on the same day and his works perfectly. <br> <br> I have received decent service, yet I want this to be resolved, either a new working tab, or activate this one properly.
