Printer Problems

Bought a new Epson Printer that stopped working after 3 months.<br> <br> Not a problem as these things happen. I sent it back to the shop as it is still in the warranty period.<br> They tried to fix it, and later contacted me and said that they are not able to repair it, and that they will replace the printer.<br> After picking up a box ( supposed to be my new printer) I found that they just gave me back the old broken printer. Did not even give me back the power cord for the printer either.<br> So now I am sitting with the same broken printer that I cant use even if I wanted to as the power cord was not returned.
