Printer Fault still hasn't been fixed!!

I bought an HP Smart |Tank 530 end of November 2020. Only used it beginning of this year, two weeks ago it had a fault saying its a ink cartridge. I took it back to the shop only to find it still in the shop yesterday ... the service provider hasn't taken it apparently to fix it.

Can i have my money back please so i can buy another printer elsewhere. I no longer want it to be fixed coz clearly it will have another breakdown and i must take it beck to the shop.
